No Returns & No Refunds Policy

All sales at Paradise Infinité are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and payment has been processed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and photos of the damage or defect. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement or store credit.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled or modified once they have been fulfilled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
